When I met with the seller the question she had was…..how do we BEST maximize the showing of this home. With 2 small children and her very style specific decor I asked if it was possible that she move into her new home and let me stage this one like a “model home”.
Within a week she moved and gave me a clean slate to work with….within a week of being on the market they were in contract.
